Kate Dehlsen

I graduated as a paediatric dietitian with Honours in 2009 from the University of Wollongong.

I currently work at the Sydney Children’s Hospital (Randwick) where I have worked with a very large number of families and children in a range of clinical areas including gastroenterology, allergies, diabetes, gastro-surgical and inborn errors of metabolism.

I work with children of all ages and have experience across all areas of childhood nutrition. I have spent a significant time developing an expertise in childhood food allergies, coeliac disease, dietary management of irritable bowel syndrome in children, eosinophilic oesophagitis, failure to thrive and fussy eating.

I am trained in the SOS Approach to fussy and problem feeding issues in infants and children.
